Mick Franco

Mick specialises in the areas of workers compensation, employment law and occupational health and safety. Mick’s practice involves advising employers, self-insurers and insurance companies on the management of claims, defence of WorkCover prosecutions and the solution of employment issues arising out of injury.
Mick is co-author of the workers compensation chapter in Butterworth’s Halsbury’s Laws of Australia and he is a member of the Australian Insurance Law Association. Mick works closely with the NSW Workers Compensation Self Insurers Association and is a regular contributor to their meetings.
