Philip practises in the Supreme and Federal Courts, acting for clients in commercial and corporate disputes. He also advises on equitable remedies and trust obligations.

Philip specialises in the area of estate litigation, involving contested wills, family provision claims and mental capacity acting on behalf of a number of major Trustee companies. Insolvency litigation advising administrators liquidators and other insolvency practitioners is also an area of speciality.
