Chris has extensive experience in taxation law, whether it be income tax, capital gains tax, payroll tax, stamp duty and GST, and provides advice on a range of personal and commercial tax issues, including mergers, restructures and objections and appeals against the Australian Taxation Office and the New South Wales Office of State Revenue.

Chris’ has been able to utilise his taxation skills in advising and structuring a range of clients in business succession planning, personal estate planning and asset protection. Chris is a regular presenter for the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Australian Society of Certified Practising Accountants, FINSIA and a number of other private bodies in the areas of:

• estate planning
• structuring to protected estates from beneficiaries seeking to challenge the estate
• asset protection
• business succession planning
• business structuring
• trusts
• financial services licensing and licensee responsibilities
• taxation law (including income tax, GST and CGT)
• superannuation establishments, structuring, compliance and debt instalment warrants.
