Tony is a litigation solicitor with over 20 years experience in insurance litigation, particularly in respect of public liability claims. His clients include a number of major public liability insurers, advising on a wide range of issues including indemnity, recoveries and alternative dispute resolution.
He has a strong appreciation for the need to contain claims costs by the thorough exploration of settlement opportunities and, where necessary, the ability to prepare matters which should be defended for hearing.
Tony is a member of the Australian Insurance Law Association.
