David’s principal practice area is commercial litigation. Building and construction litigation (both residential and commercial), insolvency, commercial contracts and real property (including retail and commercial lease disputes) are speciality areas of David’s practice.

David is an Accredited Specialist in Commercial Litigation and holds a Certificate in commercial mediation making him eligible for appointment to the NSW Law Society’s Mediator’s Panel.
