James has a strong employment law background having majored in both industrial relations and employment law working for Bartier Perry for eight years. Prior to working at Bartier Perry, James worked at the Office of the Employment Advocate and the Department of Employment and Workplace Relations, where he gained a detailed knowledge of both federal and state industrial jurisdictions. His practice covers the full range of employment and industrial law including advising on occupational health and safety matters. James also undertakes administrative law and licensing litigation for government bodies before the Administrative Decisions Tribunal.
