Bringing a Healthcare Solution to Market – A Life Sciences Hypothetical Panel Discussion

Date - 31 July 2019
Venue - Bartier Perry

Bartier Perry is proud to host this LESANZ event.

Join us for a hypothetical panel event where we will explore issues commonly encountered when bringing a healthcare solution to market by focussing on a fact scenario specifically tailored for the event. With panel members including experts in life sciences, clinical research, regulatory affairs, market access, patents, law and R&D tax, every angle of this topic will be covered.

The hypothetical will be moderated by Gavin Stuart, a commercial lawyer and the head of Bartier Perry’s Commercial Disputes team. Gavin has over twenty years’ practicing experience in a broad range of commercial legal work and he has interest areas covering the convergence of law and technology, commercialisation and early stage venture issues, and cross border dealings and disputes.
