This is an exclusive boardroom discussion forum for you and your industry peers to discuss issues of topical relevance, hosted by Workplace Partner and Partner in our Workplace Team, Darren Gardner. Darren is an accredited specialist in employment and industrial law and is well-known in local government HR circles. Co-hosting this event will be Partner Amber Sharp.

Darren and Amber will be facilitating discussion on employer rights, including under the new Local Government Award provisions, and reasonable evidence that can be sought to justify employee absences and associated claims.

A light lunch will be served during the round-table discussion.
