Career Highlights

  • 15 years’ experience as principal property lawyer for Bankers Trust Group working across acquisition, leasing and sale of major office buildings as well as shopping centres and other commercial properties.

  • Acting for the Commonwealth Government in the sale and partial leaseback of the Cameron and Benjamin Offices in Canberra.

  • Acting for Western Sydney Parklands Trust on a development agreement with a private developer for a 20 hectare business park. This included advising on all stages of the transaction from the tender process through to negotiating and signing a comprehensive development agreement.

  • Acting for Sydney Harbour Federation Trust on various unusual leasing transactions, such as a complex lease of a marine centre at Cockatoo Island.

  • Acting for TransGrid on a large number of projects, including developing and leasing its new head office building.
