Legal Office Junior

Bartier Perry is a successful commercial law firm based in the heart of the Sydney CBD.  We have an exciting opportunity on offer for a keen and reliable candidate looking to join a successful mid-tier legal firm.  

In this varied role, you will provide a range of office and administrative services and support the broader team.  Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ad-hoc Admin duties

  • Photocopying & collating documents

  • Collection and delivery of mail

  • External deliveries

  • Room set-ups and office relocations 

  • Scanning documents

  • Preparing briefs for the Solicitors and Secretaries

  • Filing & general administration tasks

This is an excellent opportunity for a 1st or 2nd year law student for an entry level position or a graduate looking to gain a few years’ experience in a legal environment before practising.

You will have prior experience working in an office environment, have excellent communication and organisation skills, and a strong desire to succeed in your chosen career.

To be considered for this position you will need:

  • The ability to work full time – Monday to Friday from 8.30am – 5.30pm

  • Professional services experience

  • Immaculate presentation and professional attire

  • To demonstrate excellent oral & written communication skills

  • A good working knowledge of MS Office & PC skills

  • Strong organisation skills

  • Accurate typing skills and attention to detail

  • A strong commitment to attendance & punctuality

  • Previous experience working in a professional office environment
