About the role
We have a fantastic opportunity for an Associate or Senior Associate with experience in Family Law to join our high performing, friendly and innovative Private Clients team. You will be exposed to all facets of Family Law.
While this role is based in our Sydney CBD office, at Bartier Perry there is an opportunity to work flexibly and remotely.

About the team
Our firm has one of the most highly regarded Private Client practices in Sydney, with an enviable list of clients who seek assistance with legal matters involving family law, estate planning, business succession, deceased estates, disputed and litigious estates, taxation, superannuation, and investment structuring.
Our ideal candidate will possess:
- 3 to 5+ years PQE practising in Family Law
- Excellent knowledge of the Family Law Act and Federal Circuit & Family Court (Family Law) Rules
- A passion for family law and client outcomes
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Demonstrated negotiation and influencing skills
- Strong research, analytical and drafting skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and efficiently manage workflow.
