Approximately 3 to 8 years of post-admission experience in defendant Workers Compensation law - experience in broker preferred work is highly desirable;

Communications Coordinator - Business Development & Marketing
We have an exciting opportunity for a Communications Coordinator to join our team on a 12 month fixed term contract.
About the role
We are seeking a proactive Communications Coordinator to drive firm-wide communications that keep our people informed, engaged and connected. Partnering with stakeholders across the business, you will lead internal communications initiatives while contributing to the evolution of the firm's external communications and brand presence.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, and we welcome applications from candidates available to work a minimum of four days per week.

Key Responsibilities
Reporting directly to our Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), responsibilities will include;
- Managing the day-to-day delivery of firm-wide internal communications, ensuring information is timely, accurate and engaging.
- Drafting, editing and publishing communications on behalf of practice groups, committees and shared services teams.
- Acting as the central point of contact for internal communications, providing guidance and support across the firm.
- Partnering with leaders and stakeholders to translate business information into clear and effective employee communications.
- Managing communication calendars and coordinating key firm-wide announcements and campaigns.
- Owning and maintaining the Internal Communications Policy, driving compliance, adoption and continuous improvement.
- Managing and overseeing content published on the firm's intranet, including publishing, quality control, governance and user support.
- Ensuring consistency of messaging, tone, branding, formatting and communication standards across all internal channels.
- Collaborating on initiatives that enhance employee engagement and awareness.
- Monitoring and evaluating communication effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations to improve channels, processes and engagement outcomes.
About you
Our ideal candidate possesses:
- Exceptional written communication, editing and proofreading skills.
- Ability to translate complex information into clear, concise and engaging communications.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the firm.
- Excellent organisational and project management capabilities.
- High attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality and accuracy.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong technology and systems proficiency, particularly with intranet and content management platforms.
- Experience in internal communications, corporate communications, marketing and/or employee engagement.
- A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline, or currently working towards completing such a qualification.
