Bartier Perry is pleased to join forces with CBRE and RSM to present this seminar on the effects that COVID-19 is having on the commercial and industrial leasing markets.

During this webinar, we will focus on:

  • The macro-economic effect COVID-19 is having on the commercial and industrial sectors and the future predictions on these sectors in light of COVID-19;

  • The National Cabinet Mandatory Code of Conduct (Code) for commercial leases during COVID-19; and important tips to remember when negotiating with landlords and tenants under the Code;

  • What financial information should be prepared and provided to aid in negotiations under the Code; and

  • Practical considerations for organisations over the next three months’ as workplaces commence reopening.
