(Mis)behaviour: can employers set and enforce the standard?

Date - 29 October 2020
Venue - Webinar

In this webinar we will explore the types of (mis)behaviour in respect of which employers can take disciplinary action. Is there a different approach for safety breaches, bullying and discriminatory conduct, out of hours conduct and other types of conduct like dishonesty? Are outcomes different in industrial tribunals compared to courts?

We will look at recent cases to draw important lessons for employers in making the right call and setting the culture and standard of its workplace.
