Michael Cossetto - Partner, Bartier Perry

Michael heads up Bartier Perry's Corporate & Commercial Group and advises on a range of commercial transactions. He has a special interest in licensing and distribution, and regularly advises clients about supply chain issues, with a focus on the FMCG sector. Over the last few months he has been assisting clients navigate through various COVID-19 related supply chain issues.

Michael will speak on matters which often become even more complicated when dealing with international suppliers or customers, such as:

  • contract frustration and force majeure

  • exclusivity

  • minimum order and price adjustments.

Michel Scheuble - Director, Fracht Australia Pty Ltd

Michel has 25 years of experience working in the international logistics and supply chain industry both in Europe, as well as Australia. He is an expert in delivering successful Project Transport solutions for very challenging Oversized and Heavy Lift cargo and focuses on educating importers and exporters on how to minimise their risk profile along their supply chain.

Michel will cover:

  • issues with delays and the increased costs

  • how to best approach these challenges

  • how to mitigate additional risks.
