In late December 2023, the Federal government passed its “third tranche” of industrial relations reforms.
Join us as we examine the criminalisation of wage theft and sweeping changes to labour-hire arrangements.
We will also take a close look at even more changes expected to pass this year, including the redefinition of casual employment and introduction of a statutory test to differentiate between employees and independent contractors.
