Adam Cutri is a Partner in our Dispute Resolution & Advisory team. He has experience working across boutique, national and mid-tier firms where he has gained valuable expertise in a wide range of general commercial disputes, with a focus on debt recovery and insolvency.

Peter Barakate is an Accredited Specialist in Property Law. He combines unparalleled technical knowledge of NSW property law with practical experience across the diverse spectrum of property transactions occurring in business and in government.

Kristie Carlile is a property lawyer with 10 years post-admission experience acting for public and private sector clients in NSW. She maintains a strong focus on drafting, reviewing and providing advice on all aspects of retail, commercial, industrial and residential leasing matters, acting for both landlords and tenants. She also provides legal services in other areas of property law such as compulsory acquisitions and easements, as well as advising on more general property law matters for her clients.

David Creais is head of Bartier Perry's Property, Planning and Construction team. He is an accredited specialist in commercial litigation and has been practising commercial law, litigation and dispute resolution for over 35 years. David has a strong understanding of property, construction and procurement law and decades of experience representing clients in the disputes that arise in those areas. David complements his commercial skills by being a highly effective mediator.
