The firm has named Jennifer Shaw and Jason Sprague as the new partners. Both join from Eakin McCaffery Cox.
Ms Shaw brings to her new role experience in acting and advising clients in relation to contract, professional negligence and intellectual property disputes.
Meanwhile, Mr Sprague, who has two decades’ experience, holds expertise in advising start-ups and companies on commercial and IP matters.
“We continue to see strong growth across our practice areas,” said Bartier Perry CEO Riana Steyn, commenting on the new hires.
“Both Jennifer and Jason bring our clients over 40 years’ combined experience in commercial disputes, IP and M&A but just as importantly they have a strong fit with our firm’s culture and ethos,” she said.
