Property Development Series - Part 1: Site Acquisition and Planning Proposals

In this session, Paul Mitchell, a planning expert with over 30 years’ experience in town planning, will lead a discussion on the dos and don’ts of pursuing planning proposals with a specific focus on spot rezoning proposals and related issues.

Following this, we will explore ways to effectively structure option agreements for property developments through an interactive Q&A session led by Dennis Loether, Bartier Perry’s Head of Planning and Environment and involving Paul Mitchell, Melissa Potter, Bartier Perry’s Head of Property, and David Creais, Bartier Perry’s Head of Building & Construction.  In this part of the session, we will be encouraging attendees to ask questions of the panel in real time as the discussion takes place.
