Company Incorporation

Bartier Perry can assist you with the incorporation of a new private company (proprietary limited or Pty Ltd company). The process is quick and straightforward: simply complete our incorporation form and we will provide a proof for your confirmation within 48 hours. If anything needs clarification, we will contact you straight away to keep things moving. 

Once submitted to ASIC, incorporations are typically processed within 24-48 hours.

Incorporation Fees

Our standard fee for incorporating a private company is $1,381 (incl. GST). This includes:

• our professional services
• a personalised Corporate Register
• a standard Company Constitution
• the $611 ASIC Incorporation Fee.

Additional fees may apply where the company is to act as trustee for a superannuation fund. If you require a customised Company Constitution, we can provide one for an additional fee - please contact us to discuss your requirements.
