Ariel has developed experience across a wide range of workers compensation matters, acting primarily for personal injury insurers and government organisations in the management of statutory claims.
Ariel has a strong interest in insurance, contracts and public liability law. He has assisted in several high profile and scheme-impacting matters, and in Medical Appeal Panel decisions.
