Ayurshi represents clients in workers compensation and work injury damages matters, with a focus on strategic resolution of each claim. She was admitted to the Supreme Court of NSW and High Court of Australia in 2020.
Ayurshi has broad experience in personal injury matters and has acted for both plaintiffs and defendants during her practice. Earlier in her career, Ayurshi advised plaintiffs on personal injury claims in the construction industry, involving labour hire employers and/or third-party liability. More recently, she has acted for insurers including claims by exempt and non-exempt workers, death benefits claims, complex claims regarding recurrence of injury, and recoveries from uninsured employers. Ayurshi draws on this background when advising clients in the holistic resolution of claims.
Ayurshi enjoys advocating for clients in litigated and non-litigated matters and has appeared in the Personal Injury Commission, District Court and Supreme Court in personal injury proceedings.
