Breitil brings over 5 years of experience in commercial disputes work with a focus on building and construction law. Breitil has worked alongside clients during all stages of the construction pipeline, from front-end advisory work and project delivery through to contractual disputes involving the adjudications and construction litigation in the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal, Land and Environment Court, Local, District and Supreme Court of NSW (including Court of Appeal).
Breitil always aims to find pragmatic solutions for her clients. Her ability to forge strong relationships with clients allows her to guide them at all stages of construction disputes. She takes pride in her consultative approach to front-end legal matters, and her results-based approach to litigation disputes.
While Breitil enjoys commercial practice generally, she has a strong passion for construction matters and understands the legislative and contractual frameworks which guide the construction practice.

Prepared comprehensive and bespoke head contract agreement and subsequently drafted back-to-back subcontractor agreements containing mirrored provsions for a builder client.

Advised on, prepared and lodged two adjudication responses due on the same day, both of which yielded strong outcomes for a client.

Appeared for a Plaintiff in Supreme Court proceedings dealing with building defects and complex legal issues including liability under the Design and Building Practitioner’s Act 2020 (NSW).
