Brianna Caputo

Brianna advises clients on all aspects of workers compensation with a strong focus on recoveries, dual insurance as well as motor accident damages claims for both government and non-government employers. Her expertise extends to complex multi-party claims involving labour hire employers and host employers.

Brianna acts in matters before the District and Supreme Court of New South Wales and regularly appears in mediations and directions hearings. She has contributed to significant recoveries for clients in a wide range of matters whilst simultaneously diverting damages claims away from employers.
