Her background spans private practice, in-house legal counsel and embedded HR leadership, giving her a rare ability to combine technical legal expertise with commercially pragmatic advice.
Claire advises on the full spectrum of employment and workplace issues, including contracts, policies, industrial instruments, workplace investigations, performance and conduct matters, redundancies, discrimination, bullying and harassment, whistleblower issues and work health and safety. She regularly works with boards, senior executives and people leaders to manage risk, implement organisational change and resolve sensitive disputes.
