Fatma is a Senior Associate in Bartier Perry’s workers compensation team, with experience advising insurers on statutory claims, work injury damages and complex liability issues. She assists clients across all stages of a claim, from initial liability investigations and evidence gathering through to dispute strategy, resolution and litigation.

Fatma works closely with insurer and employer clients to provide practical, commercially focused advice. Her practice involves reviewing medical and factual evidence, identifying causation and capacity issues, advising on statutory defences and helping clients make informed decisions about liability, risk and claim strategy.

At Bartier Perry, Fatma is focused on achieving efficient, evidence-based outcomes for clients. She aims to provide advice that is responsive, strategic and easy to apply in the management of claims, while maintaining a strong focus on sound decision-making. 

 

Qualifications/Memberships

  • Bachelor of Business (majoring in Human Resources), Bachelor of Laws (WSU)

  • Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice
