Garrett Williams

Garrett is a Senior Associate in our Dispute Resolution & Advisory team, bringing more than a decade of experience across commercial litigation, construction disputes, insolvency, complex property and transactional matters, and business operations. He has worked in top-tier, national and boutique firms, as well as in-house, giving him a well-rounded and pragmatic approach to advising clients.

Garrett advises clients across a broad range of transactional, pre litigation and dispute matters, with a focus on commercial, property, construction, leasing, insolvency and debt recovery issues. His experience spans both front end commercial and property advisory work and complex litigation, enabling him to guide clients through risk identification, strategy development and efficient dispute resolution.

Having also founded and operated multiple businesses, Garrett brings a strong commercial lens to his legal practice. He understands the operational and financial pressures faced by clients and focuses on delivering clear, practical advice aimed at achieving efficient, commercially sound outcomes.
