Garrett is a Senior Associate in our Dispute Resolution & Advisory team with more than a decade of experience across commercial litigation, insolvency, property, construction and complex commercial matters. Having worked in top-tier, national and boutique firms, as well as in-house, Garrett brings a pragmatic and commercially focused approach to advising clients.

Garrett acts across a broad range of transactional, pre litigation and dispute matters, including contractual disputes, shareholder oppression and corporate governance disputes, director and trustee duty claims, property and leasing disputes, insolvency and restructuring matters, and financial services and regulatory issues.

Garrett regularly acts in court and tribunal proceedings, and has experience managing complex evidentiary and procedural issues, including expert evidence, security for costs applications, and contested interlocutory disputes. His practice includes mediation, negotiated settlements and commercial resolution strategies, as well as insolvency matters involving statutory demands, winding-up proceedings, unfair preference claims, receiverships and PPSR disputes.

Having founded and operated multiple businesses, Garrett brings a strong commercial perspective to his legal practice and focuses on delivering clear, practical advice that helps clients achieve efficient and commercially sound outcomes.
