-
Acted for a landlord in a 6-day NSW Supreme Court hearing in T & L Alexandria Pty Ltd v Sharvain Facades Pty Ltd [2023] NSWSC 947. The case concerned arguments about which party repudiated the lease, loss of bargain damages, and mitigation of loss.
-
Acted for a protection and indemnity insurer in its investigation into the sinking of the sailing yacht the ‘Bayesian’ that tragically occurred off the coast of Sicily in August 2024.
