Jevon Saba

Admitted in 2016, Jevon provides high-quality legal advice to a range of institutional clients including insurers and state government agencies. He acts in and advises on a wide range of workers compensation claims including initial liability disputes, lump sum compensation claims, and work injury damages claims. 

Jevon has experience managing large portfolios of public liability claims including complex and catastrophic incidents involving multiple parties. His work involves acting on behalf of his clients at informal settlement conference and mediations and instructing counsel at hearings. 

Jevon prides himself on providing nuanced and commercially sound legal advice to clients which helps them to understand their degree of exposure to a given claim and the steps available to achieve the best possible outcome.

I have been fortunate enough to have gained experience in a wide range of practice areas, including public liability, commercial disputes and workers compensation. Over the course of my career, I have acted for both individual and institutional clients and understand their varying needs and expectations. Having done so, I am cognisant of the competing interests at play in any dispute which enables me to provide cogent advice to clients and assist them in achieving the best possible outcome.

• Successfully overturned a Medical Assessment Certificate by way of written submissions on appeal.
