Mahwish is a senior estate planning lawyer with over 10 years’ of technical experience working in the area of Wills and Estates. She draws on her specialised experience to provide estate planning advice to individuals, families, business owners and high net worth clients with complex asset structures. 

Mahwish focuses on understanding her clients’ objectives to assist them in implementing tax effective and asset protective estate plans in line with their testatmentary intentions. She provides practical and effective strategies to allow for succession of family wealth and control of entities, including family discretionary trusts, and SMSF succession planning.

Prior to joining Bartier Perry Lawyers, Mahwish worked at trustee companies in the area of wills and estates, with a focus on estate planning.

  • Wealth protection – identify the risk of legal claims from potential claimants and implement strategies to minimise or protect against such claims.
