Malcolm Griffin

Malcolm has over 22 years’ experience as a lawyer acting in the management of workers compensation claims including personal injury litigation. He has experience in all aspects of workers compensation including representation of Scheme Agents in the Supreme Court, District Court and Personal Injury Commission. 

Malcolm has a proactive approach and provides strategic advice to clients in the management of workers compensation claims, which assists clients to resolve claims effectively.

Prior to becoming a lawyer, Malcolm was employed as a Senior Claims Manager (Workers Compensation) with Coal Mines Insurance Pty Limited.
