  • Drafting commercial leases for a multinational company to use nationwide.

  • Drafting leases and licenses and successfully negotiating a major lease for Ausgrid land.

  • Acting for Ausgrid on the sale of surplus land, including advising on contamination issues.

  • Acting for Rockdale City Council on the sale of its $48 million Chapel Street development.
