Nina is a highly skilled and experienced lawyer who specialises in workers compensation. With a thorough understanding of the workers compensation landscape, Nina has honed her expertise in advising both employers and insurers. Nina’s diverse client base includes state government agencies, employers, scheme agent insurers, self-insurers and specialised insurers.

Nina’s extensive experience includes case management experience gained through working with a workers compensation insurer before moving into private practice. Nina has also represented applicants, which has provided a deep understanding of how claims may be pursued. This insight allows her to anticipate strategies and counterarguments, providing her clients with a well-rounded approach to their cases.
