Sahra provides holistic, strategic advice to insurers on the management of complex workers compensation claims. 

She advises clients from the initial notification of injury through to the resolution of disputes and represents clients in the Personal Injury Commission. Sahra has extensive experience across statutory compensation claims, work injury damages matters, commutations and fatality claims.

Sahra provides clear, timely and commercial advice to a broad range of clients, including scheme agents, self insurers, specialised insurers and NSW Government agencies.

Drawing on my prior experience working within an insurer, I understand the importance of clear and timely legal advice in driving effective claims management. • Resolving complex lead scheme agent matters involving multiple respondents.

• Successfully defending a sensitive psychological injury claim by relying on a reasonable employer action defence under section 11A(1) of the Workers Compensation Act 1987.
