  • Estate planning: Advising clients in relation to their personal estate planning and the creation of structures to affect the multi-generational succession of family wealth.

  • Wealth protection: Advising clients on and implementing strategies to protect client’s wealth against risks of legal claims from disgruntled family members or other potential estate claimants.

  • Tax disputes: Assisting clients under audit or investigation with the ATO and preparation of objections in respect to ATO assessments.

  • Business succession: Preparation of tailored company Constitutions and trust documentation to provide for succession of control of entities.

  • Trusts: Advising clients on a range of issues relating to the establishment and administration of trusts and the preparation of trust documentation.
