The Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) is one of the most litigated areas of law and will invariably impact your organisation. Whether it be in your dealings with consumers, the supply and distribution arrangements you enter into or the interaction with your competitors, understanding how to identify and navigate the risks involved is an absolute must. This training session includes a review of interesting cases and updates from 2019.

Unfair Contract Terms
This will be an interactive training session aimed at supplementing compliance education and arming attendees with a practical understanding of these key competition and consumer law concepts.
