Since joining Bartier Perry in 2019, Anna has gained experience in toxic tort litigation, work injury damages litigation and managing workers compensation claims. She acts for federal and state government agencies, employers, insurers, private businesses and corporations.
Anna represents clients in the Dust Diseases Tribunal, Supreme and District Courts of NSW, and in jurisdictions right across Australia. She provides strategic advice to clients throughout the entire claims process, from initial notification of claims and claims management advice, through to appearances in court, at mediations and hearings. Her focus is on resolving claims in a fair and efficient manner for all involved, working to balance the commercial needs of her clients with achieving desirable outcomes.
Anna’s clients appreciate her common-sense approach to resolving claims. Her friendly manner means she is best-placed to advocate for her clients and lead settlement strategy in their best interests.
