Stella has over 15 years’ experience acting for a variety of clients including private companies, individuals, property developers, local government authorities, state-owned corporations and not-for-profit organisations.

She specialises in acting for both landlords and tenants in drafting, reviewing and providing advice on all aspects of retail and commercial leasing matters.

She also provides legal services in other areas of property law including conveyancing, drafting and advising on various property agreements, acting on compulsory acquisitions and easements and giving general property advice.

Property transactions can be varied and complex. It is important that clients understand their responsibilities, obligations and risks before they enter into legally binding relationships. My aim is to help clients understand their legal and commercial position, and negotiate the best possible outcome in their transactions.
