Signing documents in the modern era

The temporary measures introduced in response to the pandemic around document signing have made electronic signatures and remote witnessing the new norm. As these measures were made permanent last month with some additional perks, during this webinar, we:

• look at the current state of the law on execution for individuals, companies and trusts; and
