We can provide Tenants or Landlords with the following assistance packages:
- Review your lease.
- Advise on eligibility for relief under the Retail and Other Commercial Leases (COVID-19) Regulation 2020 (Regulation).
- Recommend a strategy for negotiating an appropriate rent relief package which is compliant with the Regulation.
- Fixed Fee: $750 (plus GST)
- Assist you to negotiate with a view to reaching a commercially acceptable rent relief package which is compliant with the Regulation.
- Once an agreement has been reached, prepare the documentation to formalise the agreed rent relief terms.
- Fixed Fee: $2,500 (plus GST)
- We will provide all of the services in both Package 1 and 2.
- Fixed Fee: $3,000 (plus GST)
The above Fixed Fees are payable for each individual lease. For work which is outside the agreed retainer such as conducting negotiations on your behalf or if negotiations become protracted we can provide an estimate for the additional work for your approval.
